Our Recruitment Process
We are constantly reviewing our recruitment processes to ensure we can engage with as diverse a range of talent across all our roles as possible.
The exact process can vary slightly depending on the specific needs of each role, but our general process follows these steps:
- Application submitted - Your application will be checked and verified by our People & Culture Team. The initial application may include a CV, cover letter, online assessment or combination of these depending on the role.
- If your application is shortlisted - You will be contacted by our People & Culture Team to arrange an interview and discuss what will be required at each interview stage.
- Interviews - There are normally 2-3 interview stages depending on the role. We often ask candidates to complete a task and present this in one of the interview stages.
- After your interview - We will provide feedback regardless of the outcome.
- If you are successful - You will be contacted by our People & Culture Team to confirm your offer details and agree your start date.
- If you are unsuccessful - We often receive high volumes of applications for open roles, so please do not be disheartened. In addition to providing feedback, we always encourage people to apply again in the future and with consent will retain your details so that we can contact you about new roles in the future.
Referrals
We also offer a referral scheme at PinkNews, meaning that current team members can benefit from recommending friends or colleagues who come and join our team.
