Some recent updates to our policies include:
- Transitioning At Work Policy
Developed in collaboration with trans and non-binary team members to provide a personalised approach to the support we offer those at all stages of their transition.
- Learning & Development Opportunities
Access to organisation-wide, team and personal development programmes and budgets to ensure our team can continue to grow no matter their level of experience or seniority. This includes access to management training, skills-based training and courses.
- Career Progression Pathways
As we continue to grow as an organisation there will be a growing range of opportunities for our team to progress and take on new roles and responsibilities. Working with our managers to map out long-term career pathways at PinkNews will allow clarity and further development opportunities for all team members.
- Additional Mental Health Support
We have recently added to our mental health provision, working with Spill to ensure all employees can book directly with an experienced qualified counsellor within 24hours at any time.
- Company Goals and Progress
We have recently introduced a new quarterly goal-setting process, using Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to ensure that the whole team can have a say in the direction the company takes and the targets we are aiming towards.
